This finding was posted by BlastedJazz420 on the r/xbox subreddit, where they posted how they found thisrare version of the Xbox 360in their shed. Despite being in an isolated spot that likely wasn’t found for years, the console still looks relatively intact with minimal dust or wear. The console is translucent much like the other special variants of the hardware, with a blue line that covers the power button and stretches across the console itself. TheHalo 4logo is also printed on the system, with the whole thing looking like a sleek combination of metal and plastic.
Gamers on the subreddit were quick to compliment them on their find, some even stating that it was the best looking version of the Xbox 360 console. Some even noted they still had their console hooked up to play. Others noted that the matchingHalo 4-themed controllerswere missing in the photos, which are rare nowadays despite Microsoft eventually selling the controllers as a separate peripheral.
The most recent Halo themed special edition console would bethe goldenHaloXbox Series X console, released for the 20th anniversary of the series back in 2021. It had a subtle black and gold design, with the gold trim resembling Spartan armor. The controller included also carried this motif, where it had a gold-and-black Spartan armor theme as well. That said, many still have nostalgia for these classic custom designs.
