Immortals Fenyx Rising 2021 Content Roadmap
As previously mentioned,Immortals Fenyx Risingis set to receive three DLC expansions this year. Officially, each post-launch content’s release date is still a mystery, buta listing on the Nintendo eShopsuggests that the first DLC will be releasing soon. According to the listing, the first DLC called A New God would release on January 21st, 2021. The second expansion, called The Lost Gods, will launch on February 25th, 2021, while the third and final expansion, Myths of the Eastern Realm, on April 1st, 2021. Of course, given that Ubisoft still hasn’t announced the official release dates yet, players should take this information with a grain of salt.
It is also worth mentioning that out of the three DLCs; only A New God will feature the base game’s protagonist, Fenyx. In this content expansion, Fenyx travels to Olympus to face new and harder challenges to fulfill his destiny. On the other hand,The Lost Gods will feature a new hero called Ash, who is on a mission to reunite the gods, and this DLC will feature a top-down brawler inspired gameplay. Lastly, Myths of the Eastern Realm will take place in an entirely different setting. The DLC will also follow a new hero named Ku as he embarks on a journey through a land inspired by Chinese mythology.
At the moment, it is still unclear whether these three DLCs will be the last forImmortals Fenyx Rising. However, given that the last confirmed DLC will take place in a different setting inspired by different mythology, it is possible that Ubisoft is already preparing players for a possible sequel, which is not at all unlikelygiven the success ofImmortals Fenyx Rising. Nonetheless, a sequel is still unconfirmed, but if Ubisoft is planning to release a follow up soon, players should expect more info once all DLCs are rolled out.

Additionally, players who own the Gold Edition ofImmortals Fenyx Risingwould be happy to know that the season pass is already included, which means that players won’t have to make an additional purchase to access any of the upcoming DLC expansions. At the moment, it appears that players won’t be able to purchase the DLCs individually, and the only way to play them is via the season pass.
