Twitch streamerThe Happy Hob has completed yet another no-hit run, this time bestingThe Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivionwithout taking damage from an enemy. Hob was nearing the end of a self-imposed goal to complete the no-hit run, and was facing a punishment that would have given him a bowl cut. Luckily, the content creator was able to finish the Oblivion no-hit run just in time.

The Happy Hob’s potential no-hit run was looking all but in the bag, but there were constant concerns about a late-game fight. Because Hob needed almost perfect RNG in order to assure he didn’t take damage, the odds of the run derailing at the very run were very high. In fact, several runs made it to Mankar Camoran but bad RNG instantly hit (or usually killed The Happy Hob).

For his successful run, Hob actually got some pretty bad RNG, but eventually, things worked out. As can be seen in the full run below (language warning!), Hob was surprised to see Camoran die, but once he did the rest of the run was fairly easy.

Most that know The Happy Hob or follow his content on Twitch have seen some of his impressive no-hit runs. Sometimes he is the first to complete the feat and other times, like withOblivion, he is just the latest to do so. For those that are curious, the first recorded no-hit run ofThe Elder Scrolls: Oblivionwas completed by sonofgravy back in 2018.

Now that Oblivion is completed (as well asSkyrima few years back), The Happy Hob returns to his ultimate goal, the “God Run Part 2.” Hob was the first to complete the original God Run, which required him tobeat every From Software game in a rowwithout taking a single hit during any individual title. Back then the list included Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls 1, Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, and Bloodborne, and was a very impressive feat all its own.

For Part 2, Hob is upping the stakes by adding therecently-releasedSekiroto the group and trying to no-hit the “Soulsbornekiro” collection. Given how difficult that accomplishment will be, Hob had tried to mix in theOblivionruns to break the monotony. Now that he has no-hit the two most recentElder Scrollsgame it’s back to the God Run Part 2. Curious gamers can watch The Happy Hob on his Twitch channel.
