Monster-catching and crafting gamePalworldhas avariety of different typesof Pals for you to catch, battle with, and put to work as you build your base into a fortress. While there isn’t actually any specific healer type Pal inPalword, there are a few Pals which possess powerful and extremely useful restoration abilities.
Aside from using healer Pals, there are several otherways of restoring HPsuch as giving them food, letting them rest, using medical supplies, and using the Palbox. However, it is not just Pals that can lose HP, but the players themselves, so having a healer Pal in your team can be greatly beneficial.
Updated on July 16, 2025, by Mehrdad Khayyat:Restoring health during the battles could be a big problem for any Palworld player, especially when fighting against enemies of a higher level, who have the ability to knock down the player with only a few hits.
This is when healer Pals comes into play, as they manage to restore the player’s health significantly thanks to their Partner Skills. While the game still requires more healer Pals, but the existing ones do work perfectly.
6Teafant
Best Early-Game Healer
Teafantis one of the first Pals with healing abilities players can find in the game.Located around the Plateau of Beginnings(and commonly found throughout the map), it’s super easy to find and catch. Its partner skill,Soothing Shower, spouts ‘mysterious water that soothes wounds and restores the player’s HP’.
This Pal’s healing abilities, combined with the ease in which you’ll find them, make Teafant perfect for new players. Whilst Teafant is certainly not the strongest healer compared to other Pals, it’sgreat to start out withand comes in handy before the player has access to improved armor or their first shield.

5Petallia
A Slight Upgrade
Petalliais the next healer Pal that players will find at the start of their journey. LocatedinWildlife Sanctuary 1, the island right at the bottom of the map, it is yet another easy catch and has a variety of useful abilities. Its partner skill,Blessing of the Flower Spirit, restores the player’s HP.
Whilst Petallia is an upgrade from Teafant, its healing abilities only provide slightly more HP. Again, it is not the most powerful healer, but it is still a step up from Teafant. This Pal also proves to be highly useful in areas other than healing. With an impressive list of high-level skills, Petallia is certainly an essential asset to a player’s base.

4Felbat
Great Basic Healer
Felbatis a great healer pal for players who need a bit more power than the previous Pals, but there is actually no way to find this Pal in the wild. In order to get Felbat, players mustfight the level 23 Alpha Felbat, which is located on the Forgotten Island. On the other hand, thisPal can also be bredthrough the combination of Rushoar and Melpaca.
Felbat’s partner skill,Life Steal, grants the player and Felbat the ability to absorb some of the damage they have received and restore HP. This is super useful as not only does it provide healing to the player, but also the Pal. This skill makes Felbat brilliant for fighting more difficult opponents, proving useful alongside its powerful dark attacks. Not only this, but Felbat has incredibly high medicine, making this Pal a highly useful asset to the base.

3Lovander
A Well-Rounded Healer
Lovanderisa fun and frisky Pal, providing some great abilities alongside its healing skills. Typically found inTwilight Dunes, this Pal is known to attempt base raids whilst in packs, so it’s important for players to stay aware whilst in Lovander territory. Its partner skill,Heart Drain, grants the player and Lovander the life-steal effect, which absorbs some of the received damage and restores HP.
In terms of healing abilities, Lovander and Felbat are pretty much the same. However, Lovander has been placed slightly above Felbat due to their longer list of work suitability, therefore making it more useful overall. Lovander also has a few extra useful perks, such as the fact that it drops more items than the usual Pals. For players who aren’t looking to add this Pal to the team, and would rather go for a hunt, this Pal drops cake which is frequently used to breed other Pals.

2Lyleen
Most Powerful Healer Pal
Lyleenisthe most powerful healer Palfound in the game, and for good reason. Similar to Felbat, this Pal can only be found inWildlife Sanctuary 3,which is in the north-eastern corner of the map, meaning players won’t be able to get it until later in the game. This Pal can also be bred bycombining Mossanda and Petallia.
Lyleen’s partner skill,Harvest Goddess, restores massive amounts of player HP. It is also highly useful during combat, dealing impressive damage with its grass attacks. This combination of attacking and healing abilities proves this Pal to be brilliantly rounded out, making it an essential part of any player’s base team and fantastic as a healer.

1Lyleen Noct
The Most Powerful Healer Goes Nocturnal
Lyleen Noctinherits almost everything about healing from Lyleen, coming with the identical healing ability and even the same stats. However, the nocturnal and dark origin of this Pal allows it to be awake all night, requiring no sleep, and that is a big plus.
So, while healing is important, Lyleen Noct can also continue working at the base for a longer period, which is why this Pal is a little bit more valuable than the original version. That being said, Lyleen Noct lacks the Level 4 Planting work suitability of the original Lyleen, which is indeed a big loss.
