Devil Fruit: Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard
Rob Lucci is awell-known assassin employedby the World Government. He started working for the organization when he was still a boy. Lucci believes in Dark Justice, which is significantly worse than Absolute Justice. Due to carrying out multiple missions, Lucci’s hands are stained by the blood of the innocent.
Lucci possesses the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard. Over time, Lucci mastered his Devil Fruit power, allowing him to awaken it. In his awakened form, Lucci was able to keep up with Luffy’s Gear 5th, albeit only momentarily. It is highly likely that his strength will improve further toward the end of the series.

Devil Fruit: Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix
Marco used to be theFirst Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He joined the crew when he was still very young, and he remained loyal to the captain till his death in Marineford. Marco possesses the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix. As a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit, it grants him the power to transform into a phoenix.
It also gives Marco the power of flight, enabling him to cover great distances in a short period of time. Marco’s healing abilities are on a completely different level from most. The blue flames of the phoenix allow him to recover from almost any injury almost instantly.
5Yamato
Devil Fruit: Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami
Yamato is the son of Kaido, and he played a crucialrole in the Wano Country arc. After being shackled for years, Yamato finally got the opportunity to let loose when the Straw Hats arrived in the land of samurai. Yamato was able to fight against Kaido alone for an extended period.
Yamato ate the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami, which is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit. In his hybrid form, Yamato was able to launch an icy breath capable of countering Kaido’s Boro Breath. Yamato also had access to advanced Conqueror’s Haki, with which he was able to damage his father, a feat that only a few individuals could achieve.
4Sengoku
Devil Fruit: Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu
Sengoku is the former Fleet Admiral of the Marines. He was respected throughout the organization because of his decision-making skills. Sengoku was not violent and rarely relied on his fists to solve issues. However, he did not hesitate to fight if the situation called for it.
He ate the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu. It is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a giant golden Buddha. He used it for the first time in Marineford to stop Luffy from escaping with Ace. Sengoku could also create shockwaves from the palms of his hands, which could cause massive damage.
3Saint Jaygarcia Saturn

Saint Jaygarcia Saturn is one of the Five Elders. He is the Godhead of Science and Defense, so he oversees everything related to science. He is the main villain of the Egghead arc. Saturn arrived on the island to kill Dr. Vegapunk and punish him for his transgressions against the World Government.
Saturn showed off his Devil Fruitpower in the arc. His transformation resembles a cross between a spider and Oni. While the name of the Devil Fruit has not been revealed, it is very likely that he possesses a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit. He can use his massive limbs to attack an individual and cause serious damage. The Devil Fruit also grants him immense regeneration, allowing him to recover from almost any kind of injury.
2Kaido
Devil Fruit: Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu
Kaido was one of the Yonko and the captain of the Beasts Pirates. From a young age, he was exposed to wars, which is why he gained an immense amount of fighting experience. He was given his Devil Fruit by Big Mom, who stole it during the God Valley Incident. Kaido’s Devil Fruit enabled him to transform into an Azure Dragon.
The Devil Fruit improved his physical attributes, such as stamina, endurance, and speed. Depending on the situation, Kaido could either become a fully-fledged dragon or use his hybrid form. The full-beast form gave him a lot more destructive power, but his mobility was restricted. His hybrid form gave him more speed and made it harder for opponents to hit him.

It has been confirmed that Luffy possesses a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to tap into the power ofthe ancient Sun God Nika.
In his fully awakened form, Luffy gains a white cloud around his neck and the color of his eyebrows and hair also change. His abilities are elevated to another level. His movement and fighting abilities improve significantly, and it makes him almost unbeatable in combat. He used his power to take down Kaido in Wano Country. For now, he is indubitably the strongest Zoan-type Devil Fruit user inOne Piece.
