However, it is not available in-game. It cannot be bought in the stores or won through beating story mode or throughcatalog rewards. The outfit isobtained via amiibo.

How To Get The Witch Outfit
The specific amiibo that rewards players with a witch outfit is theOctoling Girl Amiibo. She came out in 2018 as part of the Octo Expansion DLC inSplatoon 2. InSplatoon 2, she could be summoned and would give the player a witch outfit, and it is the same deal forSplatoon 3.
The amiibo is typically sold along with the Octoling Boy and Octoling Octopus amiibos, which reward players with the Steel Platemail gear set and Fresh Fish Set.
With the Octoling Girl Amiibo ready,go to the amiibo box inSplatoon 3’sSplatsville. It will prompt the player tohold the amiibo over the right analog stick. This will scan the amiibo into the game. She will not give the player rewards immediately. The witch outfit will be given one piece at a time after winning some Turf War games.PlayTurf Warfor a whileand check in with the amiibo once in a while by scanning her again. In order, she will give the player theEnchanted Boots, then the Enchanted Hat, and then Enchanted Robes A and B.
Other Games The Amiibo Works With
There is more to the Octoling Girl than just the witch outfit inSplatoon 3. She can also give the full outfit inSplatoon 2. InMario Kart 8 Deluxe, scanning her will unlock an Inkling Costume that the Mii can wear (though this is unavailable for the Wii U version).
InSuper Smash Bros. Ultimatethe amiibo unlocks the Octoling Girl. It can also be used inStyle Savvy: Styling Starto unlock a Splatoon-themed pattern. It is likely that more Nintendo games in the future will also use this amiibo for certain rewards.
