In the picture, Morales can be seen trying to get out of what looks like a pit filled with liquid. Yet another hand emerges from the liquid, seizing Morales by the neck with a firm grip. By giving a closer look at the picture, it becomes apparent that the hand emerging from the liquid belongs to The Spot. For the uninitiated, The Spot is the main antagonist inAcross the Spider-Verseand uses another super-collider to become an entity of pure dark energy.
Across the Spider-Versedid introduce certain elements of horror to the franchise. The Spot has become more powerful than ever and has the ability to destroy anything at will. The character has already declared that he will annihilate everything Morales ever loved and have his revenge.
