Primarina is also the only Pokemon capable of using the hidden ability Liquid Voice, which turns all its sound-based attacks into Water-type moves. InPokemon Scarlet and Violet, trainers can catch a Popplioand its evolutions by upgrading the Terarium in the Indigo Disk DLC and finding a Popplio in the Coastal Biome. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Seven-Star Tera Raid Against Primarina (May 2024)

For its potential moves that are available inPokemon Scarlet and Violet, Primarina the Unrivaled will have the hidden ability Liquid Voice to bolster its sound-based moves and turn them into the Water type. With its high special attack and special defense stats, the Soloist Pokemon can transform moves such as Hyper Voice, Sparkling Aria, and Alluring Voice into more dangerous attacks. However, Primarina’s reliance on vocal moves may leave it vulnerable to Throat Chop, which can silence sound-based attacks for two turns. Support Pokemon that can set up Light Screen and Sunny Day, such as Blissey, andhard-hitting Legendary Pokemonlike Solgaleo and Ogerpon, could be useful for taking down Primarina the Unrivaled.

Thanks to its versatility and high special stats, Primarina the Unrivaled will bea challenging Fairy-type Pokemonfor trainers to take on. Only time will tell what strategiesPokemon Scarlet and Violetplayers will develop for the battle ahead.
