Summary
APokemonfan recently shared a neat Jirachi animation that they created themselves. Also known as the “Wish Pokemon,” Jirachi is a mythical Steel and Psychic-typePokemon that was introduced in Generation 3.
Jirachi’s distinct feature is its star-shaped head, along with a third eye on its stomach that only opens when it’s asleep to give it energy. It usually hibernates for extensive periods and is only awake for seven days every 1,000 years. However, it’s still able to defend itself from danger even while sleeping. Whenever people catch Jirachi awake, they can make a wish and thePokemonwill grant it. Jirachi’s wish-granting was a notable plot point in the seriesPokemon: Black & White: Adventures in Unova and Beyond, where Ash and the crew helped a young girl find the Pokemon in their mountain village.
