Pokemonfans are no strangers to showing off their love for the franchise in new and creative ways. One fan took their love for Togepi to the next level. The possibilities for showing off appreciation for a franchise are endless, from fan art to animations to even re-imagining older games in incredible ways. Now there are tons of fan-favoritePokemon, such as Pikachu, the game’s mascot, but another one stands out, Togepi.

Togepi first made their debut in the first season of thePokemonanime during an episode titled “Attack of the Prehistoric Pokemon.” For gamers who need a refresher, this took place during Generation 1 in the Kanto Region, where Ash, Misty, and Brock participated in an archeological dig. At the end of the episode, Ash comes across a Pokemon Egg that contains what would eventually become Misty’s Pokemon Togepi. This brand-new Pokemon’s appearance marked the second time during the Kanto era that a Generation 2 Pokemon appeared, the first being Ho-Oh. This isn’t the first time we have seen a well-knownPokemonget a new look;another gamer recently created a new evolution for Dragonair.
