Croagunk is a dual Poison and Fighting-type Pokemon, native to the Gen 4 Sinnoh region. It evolves into Toxicroak at level 37, and both Croagunk and Toxicroak have a shiny variant inPokemon Brilliant DiamondandShining Pearl.

Where to Find Croagunk in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
There are two locations players can find Croagunk inBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearl:
Finding Croagunk at The Safari Zone
Croagunk can be caught at theSafari Zone inBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearlduring the day or night. Although running into a wild spawn is possible,it is best to use the binoculars for 100 PokeDollars on the first level of the buildingto check each area and see if a Croagunk has spawned that day.
Croagunk can still be located and caught even if one does not appear in the binoculars, it will just take a lot longer to locate as it could be in any of the six zones, or none at all. Once encountered, it’s recommended to just throw a Safari Ball to try and catch Croagunk. Using Bait or Mud is a risky action that results in a higher flee/failed capture rate.
Oncethe National Dex is obtained inBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearl, more Pokemon will be added to the Safari Zone’s list of spawns. To make catching Croagunk easier, attempt to do it before the National Dex is acquired.
Finding Croagunk at The Grand Underground
Croagunk is available to find inThe Grand Underground inBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearlas soon as players gain access to the area.Croagunk can be found in the following locations of the Grand Underground:
Unlike other locations in the game, The Grand Underground features free-roaming Pokemon that can be spotted by players before encountering them. This makes locating a Croagunk even easier. However, shinies do not appear to players on the overworld. An encounter will have to be started to see if it is a shiny variant.
