Summary

Grand Theft Auto 6is already one of the most anticipated video games of all time, and it hasn’t even been officially revealed yet. It seems safe to say thatthe hype surroundingGTA 6is only going to continue to grow the more than fans actually get to see from the game, and with it already being such a highly anticipated game, it also seems safe to assume thatGTA 6is going to have quite the monumental commercial reception. But that doesn’t mean that Rockstar won’t marketGTA 6heavily in the lead-up to release.

Much like any other part of the entertainment industry, marketing a big release can be an extremely costly venture. Still, it’s usually worth it, as a good marketing push can end up bringing in an even greater audience. Being such a high-profile title already,Grand Theft Auto 6will probably get a huge marketing push before its release. However, when it comes toGTA 6there’s a much cheaper alternative for its marketing, and one that would be pure comedy gold for long-time fans.

With every new update, patch, or content drop, a new set of rumors starts to appear, all of which claim that some new item, weapon, or vehicle actually holds the secret toGTA 6’s release date.

There have been countless examples of this over the years, but one of the more popular recent theories occurred back in February of this year, when Rockstar added a Vice City Mambas livery toGTA Online.
