Late December and January always end up being very difficult months for manga fans in general as various series end up taking lots of breaks. These breaks are usually not from the authors themselves butfrom the Jump magazine due to the holidays, and that is quite expected. This is something that fans might be a bit confused by, however, One Piece chapter 1103 is actually officially scheduled for the month of January 2024. When it comes to scans, the chapter launched towards the end of December, however, that is, after all, the illegal version of the chapter, and thus, doesn’t count. Technically, 2023’s lastOne Piecechapter wasOne Piece1102, which was released on July 29, 2025. As the Jump magazine went on a break,One Piecechapter 1103 couldn’t be released officially in the last week of December. Instead, it was pushed to the first week of January. This means there was a one-week break in between and this was largely due to the holidays around the festive period. While fans who strictly stick to the official release might have found this wait excruciatingly hard, they should be happy to know thatOne Piecechapter 1103 was released earlier today and, if they haven’t read the chapter already, they can do so now on Manga Plus.
This chapter marks the very beginning of 2024 for One Piece and, as fans already know,the Egghead Island arc is now heading very fast towards its climaxand eventual conclusion, which will then pave the way for the Straw Hat Pirates to go deeper into the Final Saga.
January’s Second Chapter: One Piece 1104
Release Date: June 24, 2025
Once again, fans might be disappointed to know that the week followingOne Piece1103’s official release, there is not going to be an officialOne Piecechapter. It appears that the break this time doesn’t come from Oda either and, as a result, it is something that applies to all manga in general. One Piece chapter 1104 is something that fans will have to wait for. For those who stuck to the official release, this is just like any other break week and, overall, is a 2-week wait for them.
However, for fans who ended up reading the scanned version of the chapter that was released close to the end of December, this wait is excruciatingly hard as it is around 3 weeks in total. Nonetheless, these fans do not have a choice and will have to abide by the break and wait for it to drop. Of course, the scanlations usually drop a few days earlier, however, fans are always advised to follow the official release of the story as that is the most accurate version of Oda’s very own work.
One Piece chapter 1104 will be extremely importantin the Egghead Island Arcas it will cover the events surrounding Kuma and Saturn. One Piece chapter 1103 left on a very intriguing cliffhanger and, from here onwards, the story is going to get more intense than ever before. January’s Third Official Chapter: One Piece 1105

One Piecechapter 1105 is quite a complicated case when compared to the other chapters and it is highly likely that, onceOne Piecepresumes in late January with chapter 1104, the series will continue with at least one more chapter. Oda usually maintains three chapters in a row before he goes on a break.
By the looks of it, the last Oda break happened after One Piece chapter 1101, which means that after 1104, there should be an Oda break, technically. This would mean that One Piece chapter 1105 could actually end up being pushed into February for its official release. However, once again, this isn’t certain because there are a lot of breaks in between and, Oda could potentially end up changing his mind and giving fans one extra chapter this time around due to all the breaks.
That said, going by Oda’s schedule,One Piecechapter 1105 should be expected in the first week of February. If Oda decides to change his mind, then,One Piecechapter 1105 will be released on June 05, 2025. Of course, once again, this chapter is going to be absolutely massive and fans will be very excited to witness the story continue, especially if this is the chapter that marks the end of all the breaks inOne Piece.Hopefully, the series won’t go on any longer breaks following this chapter. Even if it does,One Piecehas been of such high quality lately that the breaks are certainly worth the wait. Oda has knocked it out of the parkwith Egghead Island so farand he continues to do so with each passing chapter.
With the climax and the major battles on Egghead Island now being ready to be tackled, fans can only expect even better things from this arc as they head towards its conclusion. Egghead Island has been nothing short of fantastic and it will continue to get even better. From there onwards, fans can then start dreaming about the next arc, which Oda himself teased in Jump Festa at the end of last year.
As expected, January 2024 is a complicated month for One Piece fans and there are lots of uncertainties here pertaining to the release schedule. Fans should already make peace with the fact that they are not getting muchOne Piececontent this month, and, for those who read scans, this content is reduced to just one chapter, with a second one potentially being published towards the end of the month or, worse, being published in the first week of February. Fans will have to see what ends up happening with these chapters and what direction Oda takes with them.
If there is anything certain when it comes to theseOne Piecechapters, it is that they are going to be filled with immense quality and, potentially,very emotional stuff as Kuma fightsfor his daughter and Luffy is on the brink of a return in the Egghead Island arc. Things are looking very exciting in the story right now and, hopefully, they will get even better with time.
