Ahead of the JRPG titles' launch this January 2023, Atlus has released a new video trailer forPersona 3 PortableandPersona 4 Golden, providing interested fans with a brief overview of each of the games' stories. Featuring thePhantom Thief Morgana fromPersona 5, the footage offers some details that can possibly convince gamers to try out each of the title’s modern ports.

With only a few weeks left until therelease of thePersona 3 PortableandPersona 4 Goldenremasters, it is not surprising that Atlus is pushing more content out from its official channels online. Recently, the Japanese team posted an official article that highlighted the gameplay changes and new features fans can expect in the remasters. Given that these older titles are finally being released into modern consoles, a few updates, optimizations, and special additions are likely expected by members of thePersonafanbase and community.

On YouTube, a new trailer featuringPersona 5’s cat-like character Morgana was uploaded by the Atlus team. In the video, Morgana, or Mona, talks about other Persona users, alluding to thecharacters fromPersona 3and4. Morgana then briefly discusses the story and premise of both titles, providing both new and veteran players with more information about the games. What’s more, Mona’s narration is also accompanied by footage of gameplay, in-game cutscenes, battle previews, enemies, and more.

At the end of the video, text indicating that Atlus will be offering bundled prices for bothPersona 3 PortableandPersona 4 Goldenappeared. According to the official Nintendo Switch store page, the price for the bundle is at $34.49 USD. On the Microsoft Store, buying both games will cost roughly the same. However, for those withXbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass,Persona 3 PortableandPersona 4 Goldencomes free with the subscription already. Unfortunately, no news from Atlus has been released that physical copies of these games will be made available to the public.

Fans of olderPersonagames are likely getting very excited about the release of the remasters, especially since it is just a few weeks away. ThoughPersona 4 Goldenhas been out on Steam for a while, this is the first time thatPersona 3 Portablewill become available in modern gaming platforms. Hopefully the remasters do not disappoint, and many more fans will join the continuously growing fanbase and community of thePersonavideo game franchise.
