The Reddit video shows a standard game of Ground War, where, as a player makes it up some stairs, around the corner comes a very unexpected sight. Laying prone on the ground, crawling at a sprinting speed is a different player. Like a snake, they weave around obstacles and make their way into the building. This exploit is similar to theinfinite sprint techniquebeing used by pro players, except this time the player is laying on the ground and crawling.

Fans that have witnessed the video say that this is slowly becoming a more common occurrence, with many players saying that this is the result of flipping a vehicle and then getting out. The game seems unable to know what position the character model is in, allowing them to maintain a prone position while having the maneuverability of standing. This brings into question thepower of vehiclesand their practical use in Ground War.

If players are doing this on purpose, then this turns into more than a simple glitch. As an exploit, players are actively gaining an unfair advantage by being permanently in a prone position. This poses a problem for the developers and other players, as it unbalances the matchmaking, making this a possiblegame-breaking bug.
