Summary
The conclusion of theNarutoseries was certainly satisfying for the fans, at least in the manga. With the conclusion of the Fourth Great Ninja War, the world was finally at peace and, a few years after that, Naruto ended up becoming the Seventh Hokage, fulfilling his dream in the process.
However, the end ofNarutoin the manga certainly left doors open for the story to continue and that certainly happened with theBorutoseries. There were quite a few loose ends in Naruto towards the end, while not all of them have been answered, quite a few have been explained further in theBorutoseries.
7Did Naruto Get Weaker After The War?
One of the biggest concerns of the fans inBorutorelated to the main characters was pertaining to Naruto Uzumaki himself. After becoming Hokage, Naruto rarely ever left on missions and, as a result, got rusty. This was confirmed by Kurama himself and, as a result, many fans started wondering if he actually got weaker following the war.
The answer was provided to the fans in Boruto. Naruto Uzumaki did not get weaker after the war. Even though he got rusty, it didn’t take him long to shake this off and reach unprecedented heights in terms of power. If anything, Naruto grew even stronger after the war and, eventually, peaked in his fight against Isshiki.
6Where Was Sasuke After The War?
Sasuke Uchiha left Konoha on a redemption journey towards the end of Naruto. Of course, fans were very curious to know where exactly he went. Boruto answers this question as well. It was clearly revealed in Boruto that Sasuke traversed all across the world, including different dimensions of Kaguya in an attempt to track down the Otsutsuki.
He did so with quite some success, finding traces of Momoshiki and Kinshiki, who would later go on to become threats to planet Earth in the Boruto series.
5Where Does The God Tree Come From?
The God Tree was one of the biggest mysteries in theNarutoseries. Although it already had somewhat of an explanation in the original series, theBorutoseries gave fans a proper explanation. Essentially, God Trees are born from seedlings that are planted by the Otsutsuki.
These seedlingsare essentially 10 Tailsthat slowly feed off of the chakra of a planet and then turn into this massive tree, which then bears fruit. Curiously, this appears to be somewhat of a retcon in theBorutoseries as the 10 Tails itself was said to be created by Kaguya fusing with the God Tree. Here, the 10 Tails, apparently, exists without any fusion taking place.
4What Is The Origin Of The Otsutsuki?
In theBorutoseries, it is clarified that theOtsutsuki are actually alien parasitesthat go from planet to planet in an attempt to reach godhood. This appears to be their ultimate goal and they have, over the years, destroyed countless planets by consuming all life.

By planting God Trees using 10 Tails seedlings, they force the planet to bear a chakra fruit which they then consume. Eating enough of them leads them to a new level of power and godhood.
3Does Naruto Keep His Six Paths Powers?
Fans wondered whetherNaruto Uzumaki ended up losing his Six Paths Powersafter the 4th Great Ninja War. Thankfully, Boruto gave the fans an answer when fans got to see him fight multiple powerful enemies.
Naruto Uzumaki keeps his Six Paths Powers after the war. However, strangely enough, when Naruto loses Kurama, he also ends up losing his Six Paths Powers for unexplained reasons.

Fans have always wondered who the strongest Otsutsuki is and ever since Kaguya was introduced as a villain, the interest in the Otsutsuki Clan certainly piqued.
In Boruto, it was finally revealed that the strongest of all Otsutsukiis none other than Shibai.This particular individual is the only one from the Otsutsuki Clan to have ascended to godhood by consuming enough chakra fruits.

The fate of Naruto and Sasukehas always been in question, especially in theBorutoseries. With stronger enemies targeting Earth following the conclusion of the Fourth Great Ninja War, fans knew that both Naruto and Sasuke would be in danger.
Thankfully, it was recently clarified that neither Naruto nor Sasuke are dead. However, their fates aren’t certainly good either. Naruto Uzumaki was severely incapacitated by Kawaki and sealed away in the dimension of Daikokuten. Meanwhile, Sasuke Uchiha was seen taking part in combat against the 10 Tails Grimes. They ended up turning him into some sort of a God Tree and, as a result, he is now crippled as well. While both of them are alive, their roles in the Boruto series have diminished greatly.
