PopularTwitchstreamer Matthew “Mizkif” Rinaudo has been involved in some controversy lately, and that seems to continue with a fine that he recently incurred for not taking his trash can back to the house. Like with many urban areas, Mizkif’s trash is collected by the city each week on a specific day, and after some confusion about which day that is, theTwitchstreamer has received a pile of tickets.
During a January 16 Twitch livestream, Mizkif and housemate and fellow streamer Emiru discussed some serious fines regarding his house in Austin, Texas. Mizkif moved into the house in Austin located next to Twitch streamer and One True King co-founder Esfand around the debut of the organization. Mizkif has teased selling his content creation houseto another Twitch streamer, known as Knut, who may encounter some garbage problems upon arrival.

According to Mizkif, the Homeowners Association has left multiple fines and notices in the mail for the Austin content house, and the Twitch streamer may have to go to court due to the potential ramifications. Similar to many otherMizkif and One True Kingstreams, the livestreamer was in cosplay while talking to Emiru about the imperative issues that their house may be facing. Mizkif stated that the HOA had sent the house 10 notices which included fines for not taking in the trash can after leaving it out to be collected by the city, with the duo muting the conversation briefly to discuss specifics that may have doxxed their location.
HOA violations vary in cost, with small infractions only costing $25 and more egregious ones running people back hundreds of dollars, and Mizkif’s fines seem to be stacking up. If these HOA notices go ignored, the association can take the homeowner, in this case Mizkif, to court, which seems to be something thatthe popular Twitch streamergenuinely fears. Mizkif suggested that these notices are left at his mailbox within two days of leaving their trash can on the Austin roadside and stated “my HOA is really cringe,” with Emiru claiming that she doesn’t know which day of the week the city collects the One True King content house’s garbage.
Although the two were muted for the specifics of their conversation, the two Twitch streamers that have been living in the house for a while hinted that Tuesday was the correct day to collect their bins. Given that Mizkif didn’t express how much he owes the HOA as the homeowner, it’s currently unclear just how many fines the Austin house has accumulated in over two years.
