CertainMarvel Snapvariants have become infamous among the community as some of the worst in the game, but the latest Album added to the game incentivizes players to collect these unpopular cards.

Albums were introduced in the December 2023 season ofMarvel Snapas a way of rewarding players for collecting variants of a certain set. Most of these rewards are well worth the effort because they include things like unique variants, avatars, and brand-new emotes for players to use. While only four Albums were available initially, the previous couple of seasons have steadily introduced more, giving players even more of a reason to invest in theirMarvel Snapvariant collection.

Marvel Snap’s New Destroy All Pixels Album Gives Players a Reason to Collect an Unpopular Variant Type

Arguably one of the least popular variant types inMarvel Snapare Pixel Variants, which are also among the most common variants players will pull fromCollector’s Reserves and Mystery Variants. These variants were so unpopular with fans thatMarvel Snaphad to introduce the Premium Mystery Variant item that guaranteed players wouldn’t pull a disappointing Pixel Variant. While not every Pixel Variant inMarvel Snapis a dud, there are usually much better variants available for a specific card, making obtaining Pixel Variants in general underwhelming.

All Cards Needed to Complete the Destroy All Pixels Album

There are a total of 12 Pixel Variants that players will need to collect to complete this Album, and most are cards that are common withinMarvel Snap’s destroy archetype. Cards like Deadpool, Killmonger, Carnage, and Venom will be very familiar to players who frequently play destroy decks inMarvel Snap. Given how popular this archetype is in the current meta, it was a smart move to make the first Pixel Variant Album themed around destroy cards, since it’s likely players will be trying to collect variants for this archetype anyway.

These Pixel Variants might not be that exciting to collect on their own, butMarvel Snap’s Destroy All Pixels Album offers some great rewards for players to earn. Albums inMarvel Snapreward players with a new cosmetic or currency for every three variants of a specific Album that they collect. The Destroy All Pixels Album is no different, offering rewards at manageable tiers for players to achieve, given how commonPixel Variants are inMarvel Snap.

The star of this Album’s rewards is theWolverine Emote, which takes one of Marvel’s most popular characters and lets players spam them at their opponent during a match. Another great reward is the 1000 Collector’s Tokens on offer for only collecting six of the 12 Pixel Variants in the Album, which avidMarvel Snapplayers may already be close to reaching, as Albums take previously obtained variants into consideration. The least appealing of these rewards are the Sabretooth Pixel Variant and avatar, but for players collecting all of these destroy Pixel Variants, it might be worthwhile simply to have an entire deck of them.
