The post lists several gameplay changes to mechanics like blocking, catching, tackling and more. Some of the biggest changes look to resolve issues leading to disconnects, causing players to lose progress, as well as fixing issues with CPU negotiations and signings of free agent players. Franchise Mode has been a particular focus from angry players withMadden NFL 23’s last title updatebreaking several features of Franchise Mode, making the game mode “unplayable” for many.

The update will feature several smaller fixes for other parts ofMadden NFL 23alongside the general gameplay and Franchise Mode changes. Thesingle-player Face of the Franchise modewill receive a smaller batch of adjustments to resolve issues, as well as improvements to the Side Activities UI.
