In a loving tribute toThe Last of Us 2, a Reddit user shared their most recent artwork based on the hit franchise. On a sheet of lined paper meant to be a page of Ellie’s journal in the game, several sketches indicative of Ellie’s journey line the perimeter of Ellie herself, shaded realistically from a side profile and delivering a look of equal parts contempt and concern. Ellie’s iconic fern and moth tattoo is present on the page, as well as a corner sketch of Joel playing his acoustic guitar and the Fireflies logo. The top right of the page are maudlin musings from Ellie, scrawled realistically with lines dashed through certain words, beneath which are a quick sketch of a man’s face with the eyes dashed out and the initials for the Washington Liberation Front. The ensemble piece can be viewedhereand has an impromptu nature that fits right in with the existing journal entries ofThe Last of Us 2.
