There are seven weapons for Red XIII inFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth, each of which grants access to a new ability. These abilities can be used to turn the tide in battle, and, over time, can be mastered so that players are able to use them even without having their respective weapons equipped. As such, finding all of Red’s weapons inFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthis highly recommended.
WhenRed XIII formally joins the party in Chapter 2, he’ll have access to the Mythril Collar, and players can unlock another one of his weapons by taking part in one of the mini-games in Costa del Sol. The other five of Red’sFF7 Rebirthweapons are locked away inside purple chests, which players will find as they progress through the main story.

With the exception of the Silver Collar, players will be able to purchase any of Red XIII’sFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthweapons that they miss from a weapons vendor after completing the chapter in which the weapon can first be found.

The Mythril Collar is Red XIII’s default weapon inFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthand is available from the beginning ofChapter 2.
Renegade’s Collar
A collar made during the war as a symbol of revolt.
Crescent Claw
Slash at a foe. Deplete the gauge while in Vengeance Mode to increase potency and range.
Finish off an enemy.
How to Get Red XIII’s Renegade’s Collar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Players will be able to find the Renegade’s Collar in a purple chest near a rest spot in the Subterranean Terrace area, which is on the Mine Depths - Lower Layer level of the Mythril Mine. The chest can first be accessed during the Escape the Depths Main Scenario inChapter 3ofFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
Silver Collar
A collar wrought from a high-quality metal said to ward off magical fiends.
Chilling Roar
Retaliate with ice shards whenever hit by an attack. Charges the Vengeance Gauge when a counterstrike lands.
Exploit an enemy’s weakness.
How to Get Red XIII’s Silver Collar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Players will get Red XIII’s Silver Collar as a prize forachieving Rank III in the Run Wild: Free-for-All mini-game, which they’ll first gain access to during the Fun While it Lasts Main Scenario inChapter 6ofFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
Supernal Fervor
Grant Haste on all party members. Can only be used during Vengeance Mode. Costs 2 ATB.
Activate on a three-person party.
How to Get Red XIII’s Amethyst Collar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Red’s Amethyst Collar can be found in a purple chest in the Colliery No. 1 area of the Old South Corel Mine, which players will visit as part ofthe Of Robed Men and Ransoms side quest. They’ll first gain access to Of Robed Men and Ransoms after reaching the Ropeway Bound Main Scenario inChapter 7.
Golden Collar
An opulent collar forged from gold found in a forest stream.
Watcher’s Respite
Deplete the Vengeance Gauge to heal allies. Potency proportional to amount expended.
Activate when the Vengeance Gauge is full.
How to Get Red XIII’s Golden Collar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Players will be able to find the Golden Collar in a purple chest in the Coolant Control area in the Gongaga Reactor during the The Shadow Beckons Main Scenario inChapter 9. To reach the chest, players should head to the Coolant Control area on the Reactor - B2 level. Upon reaching the room with the computers that control the water level, they’ll need to move the nearby green crates toward the large red container. This will enable them to climb up and pass through a narrow passageway, on the other side of which is the purple chest containing Red XIII’s Golden Collar.

A dignified collar once worn by the Watchers of the Vale.

Deplete the Vengeance Gauge to increase allies' ATB. Potency proportional to amount expended.
How to Get Red XIII’s Mystic Collar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
In the Hall of Diversion area on the Chamber of Folly level of the Cave of the Gi, players will be able to run up a wall to reach a raised platform, on which they’ll find the Watcher’s Glaive Ancient Relic. If they then take this to Bugenhagen and have him examine it, he’ll identify it as an armament of the vale and the Mystic Collar will be added to the player’s inventory once he hands it back. Players will first be able to do this during the Voice Within Main Scenario inChapter 10ofFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
Brisingamen
An intricate collar crafted using a technology that surpasses modern scientific standards.
Reaper Touch
Deliver a deadly strike. Potency is inversely proportional to current HP.
Activate when HP is critically low.

The Brisingamen can be found in a purple chest in the Corridor of Repose area, which is on the Hall of Life - Second Tier level ofthe Temple of the Ancientsand can first be accessed during the The Hunt Begins Anew Main Scenario inChapter 13.
