EachGenshin Impactupdate has two banner cycles that feature different limited characters and weapons. Adding double banners are probably miHoYo’s way of compensating for the absence of a new character for a specific banner cycle.

Both of the five-star weapons have strong supporting capabilities. Engulfing Lightning is probably the best five-star polearm for support or sub-DPS characters. It’s the signature weapon for one of thestrongestGenshin Impactcharacters, Raiden Shogun. Everlasting Moonglow is a great fit for strong healers like Barbara or Sangonomiya Kokomi. The official 2.5 live stream event has revealed that both Raiden Shogun and Kokomi will be featured on the same limited-character banner.
Sangonomiya Kokomi is a Hydrocharacter with excellent healing skills and respectable elemental damage output, She would make an excellent addition to any party, and many players online have noted she could be of great value in the upper levels of the current Spiral Abyss. The Everlasting Moonglow takes his healing capabilities to the next level.
Since her introduction to the game, Raiden Shogun has become themost popular character inGenshin Impact. She still holds the record for being the most pulled character in a single banner cycle. While most five-star characters are required to be pulled multiple times to build up their constellation levels, Raiden shogun is a top-tier support even at zero constellations. This makes her one of the strongest free-to-play characters in the game.
