Fans have already been exploring the world of Teyvat since the free-to-playGenshin Impactwas released last year, and they soon may have some additional cosmetic options to look forward to.
Releasing cosmetics for characters has never been as popular inGenshin Impact, at least compared to most free-to-play games. Developers at miHoYo may be working on a couple of new skins for existingGenshin Impactcharacters according to a popular leaker on Twitter.

A recent leak on by a credibleGenshin Impactleaker has apparently revealed the new skin for Ningguang that will arrive in the upcomingGenshin Impactupdate 2.4. According to previous leaks, Ningguang’s Orchid’s Evening Gown skin will be obtainable for free during the limited 2.4 events.
Previously, another credible leaker named Genshin Intel apparently revealed more information about theupcoming Lantern Rite eventwhich should arrive in one of the banner cycles for update 2.4. Ningguang will apparently not be the only character to receive a new set of cosmetics as the leak mentions that another Liyue character, Keqing, might get a skin as well. However, players will need to spend Genesis Crystals in order to unlock Keqing’s Opulent Splendor skin.
Every newGenshin Impactupdate brings at least two sets of events, one for each of the two banners. A credibleGenshin Impactleaker has revealed additional information about the Lantern Rite event which will arrive in the upcoming 2.4 update. According to the leak, the new event will have the following themes:

The Oceanic Defender, also known as Osial, has brought one of the biggest story boss fights so far. The monster was defeated by the Liyue squad after Tartaglia broke the legendary seal.
