Relic Weapon quests inFinal Fantasy 14are a grind-filled staple found in every expansion. Each Relic Weapon can usually be acquired relatively easily but requires a lot of work to upgrade it to its final stage. These tasks range from collecting currencies and items from various corners of the game world to grinding certain duties and completing specific rare FATEs. ThoughFinal Fantasy 14often makes acquiring Relic Weapons from previous expansions easier over time, unlocking each one still takes a lot of work.

Elementastic’s fellowFinal Fantasy 14players were as impressed at their weapon collection as they were horrified by their dogged determination. As soon as they were done congratulating Elementastic, they begged them to take a break. Other fans shared their own journeys with Relic Weapon collecting and applauded Elementastic for not being driven insane by the sheer volume of tasks they had completed.

Thankfully, Elementastic still has a couple months before they need to get back to the Relic Weapon grind.Final Fantasy 14is about to release Patch 6.3, titledGods Revel, Lands Tremble. The patch is adding tons of new content, including Main Scenario quests, a new Trial and Dungeon, and the next leg ofEndwalker’sMyths of the Realms raid. However, the next stage of the Manderville Relic Weapon questline doesn’t come until Patch 6.35, which players can likely expect in March or April. Though players don’t know what the next step of the quest will look like, Elementastic will no doubt be prepared to accomplish the tasks once they are available.
