Although Twitch has been a veritable gold mine of bizarre stories, crazy conspiracy theories, and intense arguments over the last few months, very little of its drama can match the recent mystery behind the banning ofDr Disrespect.Often regarded as the biggest streamer on the entire service,Guy Beahm was unceremoniously kicked off Twitch a few weeks ago, with the platform still failing to present viewers or even the streamer himself with a reason.

The general consensus was the Doc must be in some pretty hot water to see himself dropped from the service so suddenly, with many suggesting it could even be a legal issue. However, it seems the man himself still has no idea what he did wrong. Speaking to the Washington Post in his first interview since being banned,Dr Disrespect was very adamant that he has no idea why Twitch had him removed from the serviceand is currently considering his options going forward.

“Honestly, we just don’t know,” the iconic streamer tells the publication when asked about the nature of the ban, elaborating “It was a total shock. Imagine showing up to work and the doors are closed and you can’t get inside. You’re going, ‘What’s going on?’ And you’ve been told you’ve been fired. But you haven’t been told the reason why. We just weren’t given an answer… It was the worst feeling.” If he’s being sincere, it seemsthe Doc is just as confused as his fanbase, with Twitch’s eerie silence on the matter leaving the popular streamer in the dark about the future of his career.

That being said, Guy Beahm does have some ideas about where the Dr Disrespect character could go from here. “I will not be returning to Twitch, so, I mean, that’s it,” Beahm reveals, going on to hint that “all the cards are on the table. I’m more focused on just making sure whatever we do next, whether it’s a platform move or not, that it’s the right decision for the community and Champions Club that follows me.” Interestingly, the Washington Post claims that, in an email, the streamer revealed he was considering streaming on his own website, championsclub.gg, while he could always move to Facebook or join Ninja andPewDiePie in transitioning over to YouTube’s streaming service.

Interestingly, the Two Time also took the chance to call out one specific rumor that’s been floating around the internet, telling fans that the idea thathe, Ninja, and Shroud were starting their own streaming servicewas “crazy speculation.” Hopefully, Twitch will chime in and clarify its stance sooner rather than later.
