How to Complete A Warm Welcome Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Talk to Goofy
After completing the prerequisites for this quest, head towards the Peaceful Meadow, the area where Goofy lives. Upon encountering Goofy, players will have to talk to him to begin the quest. Goofy, the friendly fellow he is, will invite players to join him in cooking a warm meal and instruct them to gather two ingredients for cooking, i.e.,Basil and Oregano.
Collect Basil and Oregano
Basil is a versatile ingredientthat grows in thePeaceful Meadowdistrict inDisney Dreamlight Valley.Open the map, take the stairs to Goofy’s house, and head south from the Plaza. After entering Peaceful Meadow, turn right and head toward Merlin’s Tower, searching for a small plant in a vivid shade of green. Basil spawns automatically on the ground, so look around and make sure to getthreeof them.
The next ingredient that Goofy needs for his recipe is Oregano, but in contrast to Basil, it grows only in thePlaza.Therefore, players need to visit the Plaza and look for a relatively taller plant this time. After collectingthreeOregano, pay Goofy another visit, and he will ask to cook a meal with Oregano or Basil.
Cook a Meal
The next step is rather simple, requiring players to make a meal. Like other recipes inDisney Dreamlight Valley, players just need to visit a cooking station and cook any meal whose recipe involves Basil and Oregano,such as Ghostly Fish Steak, Basil Omelet, or Margherita Pizza.
Once the meal is ready, return to Goofy one last time to complete the A Warm Welcome quest.
