Potions exist in every adventure game in some form, and theDiablofranchise has always had two major categories; health potions and elixirs that augment a player’s abilities or attributes. Up until the latest title, extra potions were always found in the wilderness, purchased from vendors, or given as rewards.

The elixirs are also present inDiablo 4, but with a gathering and crafting twist to follow the trend of other games in the same category. Some of these can be made as soon as the player can make elixirs, which is early in the game, and they can be a handy tool to ease the leveling grind.

Elixirs And Gameplay

The elixirs that players can make at the Alchemist are used for a variety of abilities that often include health regeneration. They aren’t in the first inventory screen but are storedConsumablestab of the character screen.

They can’t beplaced in hotkeys like abilities can, but these kinds of elixirs aren’t meant to be used in combat or emergencies anyway. Elixirs inDiablo 4generally last for thirty minutes and can also improve the rate at which a character gains XP along with various other effects.

How to Increase Potion Capacity in Diablo 4

The Alchemist can make a variety of potions and has the skills required when the character needs an Upgrade to their healing potions, but this isn’t the NPC to visit when the health or potion supply is low. Only the Healer can replace the supply, and it’s advisable to visit one every time a player visits town.
