The latest DLC coming toMinecraftis another collaboration, this time with Capcom’s fighting game franchiseStreet Fighter.

The first trailer of this collaboration was posted on theMinecraftMarketplace Twitter account, noting that these are a set of officially approved skins by Capcom, created by 57Digital. This pack will bring 35 different skins based on fan favorite characters fromStreet Fighterto the game, including Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, and more. The trailer even shows off some that are a part of the pack, with a recreation ofStreet Fighter’s character select screen.

This collaboration has some notable timing, as Capcom iscelebrating 35 years ofStreet Fighterthis year.Minecraftis also giving players the chance to celebrate as well, where this pack will be offering one free Character Creator item to be claimed, along with twelve paid character creator items. This allows players to customize their player character to their heart’s content. Certain emotes will also be available through this collaboration, such as one that replicates Ryu’s headband pose.

Street Fighterhas already crossed over with plenty of franchises in the past, but this year started with some new collaboration announcements in the past few months. These collaborations includeStreet Fighter Magic The GatheringCardsto a special Spirit Event inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimatethat added Evil Ryu. WithStreet Fighter’s 35th Anniversary on the horizon, this collaboration withMinecraftis another way for fans to celebrate.
