Gloria Victissets players loose in a medieval open world brimming with activities to undertake and factional conflicts to fight in. Exploring the setting of Stoneholm and progressing through the game will allow the player to access more events and compete in the many PvP battles and sieges that will pop up across the landscape.
After starting in their nation’s capital city, newer players will likely want to level upas fast as possible to access this content (and stay alive along the way). Here are some of thebest ways they can farm experience, and earn some decent loot while they’re at it, inGloria Victis.

6Complete Quests
Main Quests inGloria Victisare designed to help the player level up early on, taking the form of fairlyachievable solo objectives. These are usually story-based, and are not repeatable. This means that they can be handy for an early-game experience boost, but have limited use further down the line.

However, there are other, repeatable quests that can be found across the map. Simply travel to a blue circle and complete the objectives within it to be rewarded with a decent amount of XP. Many of these focus on PvE, and while they do sometimes have level requirements, they’re a good source of experience for players when they’re available. Some higher-level quest chains can be found at Dead Raven Tavern, which are riskier but more rewarding than regular quests.
5Gather Resources
As a large part of the game revolves aroundgathering resources and crafting items, both of these activities will naturally generate XP and often some improved gear or a weighty pouch of coins. Players can collect resources from anywhere on the map. verify to bring the right tool for the right resource, and bring the materials back to crafting stations in towns or cities to fashion valuable items.
Both gathering these resources and crafting them will help players level up, as they’ll be getting a steady stream of experience points. There are even special crafting quests available in capital cities that can reward the player with a hefty sum, although these are mainly for more experienced crafters.

4Farm Crops
Perhaps one of the easier ways to gain XP, players can grow and tend to crops at any farm across the map. All they need is some seeds, buckets of water, and rotten food. All of these can be obtained fairly easily, or purchased from vendors or the player marketplace at cheap prices.

After acquiring said items, the player should find a farm to plant their seeds at, then water them, and use the rotten food as fertilizer to make the crops grow faster. Players can have a maximum of 20 crops, and must tend to them with water and remove weeds toensure a healthy harvest. Different farms across the map have different soil qualities, so it’s best to find a farm with 100% soil quality for the best yields, most experience, and highest profit margins.
3Upgrade Castle Structures
In thenever-ending war that all three factions partake in, castles and outposts will change hands fairly regularly, but there are ways to earn some good experience from this without actually taking part in the fighting. Players simply need to upgrade the strength of their castle’s fortifications (as long as it isn’t under siege).
Walls, gates, and towers can all be worked on, upgrading their materials from flammable wood to stronger stone. Buildings can also be improved, with better defenses and upgrades to the outputs of nearby farms and mines. While this does use up a lot of resources like wood and limestone, it grants plenty of experience which makes it more than worthwhile. Returning on a regular basis to upgrade a location that is often fought over can provide the player with a reliable and consistent source of XP.

2Complete World Events
Regular andopen world eventscan be a fantastic way to grind experience, and come in various forms. Most are group events, but some involve more PvP than others, and some allow looting whereas others do not. A notable event is the Valley Of Death Tournament, which allows newer players to get stuck in with large-scale PvP without the risk of being looted. It occurs multiple times a day, and grants a sizable amount of XP.

Another one to watch out for is the Sea Wraiths event, which is mostly PvE and highly rewarding. It’s a difficult event to complete, and is suitable for players level 60 and above, with rival nations even being able to join and interrupt the run. Despite this, it’s a non-loot event, so players won’t lose anything important, and the rewards are usually worth any trouble faced during the event.
1Complete Group Dungeons
The ultimate way to farm experience, completing group dungeons such as the Catacombs event can be an ideal way to earn high-level loot and XP. Catacombs is an underground dungeon network filled with monsters and should not be attempted unless part of a large group and at least level 50.
The Catacombs are home to some brutallypowerful undead bosses, and the entire event is open for other nations to join and potentially ambush players and loot their corpses. That being said, if the player can complete a run without stumbling into trouble, they’ll be rewarded with a huge amount of experience and the choice of various loot, including crafting materials, recipes, silver coins, and contribution points. Completing this event whenever it’s active can provide a powerful boost to a player’s overall experience gain.
