Updated on June 16, 2025 by Ritwik Mitra:Attack on Titan is a series that needs no introduction. The show has blown the minds of most viewers who were already enamored by the early concept of the series before a plot twist that changed the entire focus for good. The Titans in the series and their powers are truly fascinating, even if the reality of harboring these powers is more terrifying than awe-inspiring. Some of the Nine Titans and some special Abnormal Titans are so impossibly big that trying to comprehend their actual size can leave most people reeling.

10Annie’s Female Titan

Height: 14 Meters

The Female Titan serves as a major antagonist during the first season, and people were shocked at the time to find out that this Titan was controlled by Annie Leonhart. Many people, especially Armin and Eren, took this betrayal to heart, but the latter managed to focus and turned into the Attack Titan, engaging in a fight in Stohess that ended with her capture after she encased herself in crystal.

She was one of the first sentient Titans that Eren fought properly after becoming the Attack Titan. It was a huge test for the rookie Titan Power wielder who finally brought her down after going berserk, almost killing Annie in the process. The developments that have occurred since the first season’s finale have been immense, and fans can’t help but look back with nostalgia at a time whenAttack on Titan’s scope wasn’t as massive as it became later on.

Armored Titan Reiner Braun Attack On Titan - Featured

9Reiner’s Armored Titan

Height: 15 Meters

Reiner is one of the most fascinating characters in the series. Despite going to Paradis Island with the goal of reporting on the heinous subjects there, he ended up realizing the folly of the world as the people here were just regular folks trying to get by. The doubts he had over his mission led to Reiner experiencing a mental crisis that is finally alleviated when his friends forgive him for his transgressions.

This Titan is massive and coated in armor, making itreally effective for sieges or one-on-one combat. The fact that the Armored Titan is based on Brock Lesnar’s look is a pretty cool fact, with Isayama clearly loving the sport of MMA given how technical some of the Titan fights really are.

Eren was cursed with a wealth of knowledge from the very moment he was injected with the power of the Attack Titan. His access to memories from both the future and past forced him to go down a dark path where the only way to end the cycle of hatred was to initiate a mass genocide that killed off 80% of the world’s population and cemented the people of Paradis Island as heroes who stopped the world’s destruction.
