InAtomic Heart, players take on the role of a special agent in the employ of a Soviet scientist. The story starts in a picturesque, retro-utopian town called Chelomey.Most of the eventsofAtomic Hearttake place elsewhere, but players have this brief opportunity to roam Chelomey mostly at their leisure.

One of the achievements that can be unlocked forAtomic Heartcan be earned while Agent P-3 is in Chelomey. It’s called “How Can I Help You?” and it’s the only achievement that can only be unlocked at this stage in the game. This guide describes the location of the phone booth it refers to and covers what happens when Agent P-3 decides to use it.
How to Earn How Can I Help You?
The “How Can I Help You?” achievement requires players to “use a phone booth in Chelomey.” It sounds pretty straight forward and–unlike many seemingly simple things inAtomic Heart–it actually is. Players simply need to find the phone booth and interact with it. When the interaction is complete, they’ll earn the achievement.
The phone booth players need to find to earn the “How Can I Help You?” achievement is near a fountain seen shortly after exiting the boat. It’s on the way to the objective, next to the ice cream stand being run by a RAF-9 robot.
Many players likely walked right past this phone booth on their first playthrough, so it might be out of reach for them. However, starting a new game doesn’tclear previous save data, so it’s easy enough to start a new save and play it just long enough to earn this quick achievement.

What Happens?
When Agent P-3 picks up the phone, he dials “100” and an unknown person picks up the call. P-3 attempts a couple awkward, lame pranks. Both are easily shot down by the random citizen. This person has obviously been pranked enough times to know the drill. After failing twice, P-3 gives in and hangs the phone up.
P-3 was obviously hoping for more success, so this exchange leaves him a bit deflated. Charles,P-3’s AI glove companion, takes the opportunity to chastise him for his childishness. P-3 shrugs it all off, but players can get him an ice cream from the RAF-9 to distract him from his wounded pride.
