One of the things that everyone hates is seeing weak people getting bullied by others. Bullies in anime have existed for a very long time, and, despite their detestable personalities, they often play an important role in helping to shape the characters they bully. 7Yumiko Miura(Oregairu)
My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU or Oregairu is a romantic animethat follows the lives of three high schoolers. As it is an anime that is set in a high school, it is not surprising that the anime has several mean characters. Yumiko is one of the most popular girls in the school, which is a key reason why she was so full of herself. Due to her immense popularity, she has no problem making friends. Yumiko is not scared to use her status to bully and give orders to others around her either.
In the past, she has shown a tendency to react badly to people opposing her or turning down her requests. Also, Yumiko holds her opinions in very high regard, and she believes whatever comes out of her mouth is flawless. However, after Yukinoshita confronted Yumiko, the latter realized that she had been a bad person, and it incited a change in her attitude. Yumiko began to treat people younger than her with much more care, and she did her best to get rid of her toxic traits.

6Taichi Mashima (Chihyafuru)
Taichi Mashima is a member of the Shiranami Karuta Society. In the past, Taichi bullied Arata, which made the latter’s life miserable. On one occasion, Taichi even went as far as to hide Arata’s glasses from him. However, Taichi did attempt to change and he started by returning Arata’s stolen glasses.

The best thing about Taichi is that he has actively been trying to overcome his flaws. Also, he is not entirely a bad person. In fact, he has quite a few redeemable qualities. He is extremely loyal and kind, for example, both of which make him an invaluable friend.
5Doi (Wandering Son)
Doi is Shuichi’s classmate who used to bully people in the past. He is known for being arrogant because of his confidence. Due to his immense self-confidence, Doi had a tendency to bully others for their opinions, which he considered to be beneath his own.
However, after meeting Yuki, Doi begins to see his own faults. He becomes more open-minded and starts to accept other people and their ideas. He hasn’t changed completely, but he is on the correct path.

4Ekichi Onizuka (G.T.O)
Onizuka is the main lead ofGreat Teacher Onizuka, which isone of the best comedy animearound. The anime focuses on Onizuka, who was once a member of a dangerous gang before deciding to give up that way of life. It is pretty obvious that during his days of being a gang member, Onizuka bullied countless people.

However, after becoming a teacher, Onizuka uses his own life experiences to help his students. There are times when he loses control of himself, but, more often than not, he keeps his temper under check and serves as a great role model for his pupils.
3Dio Brando(JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)
Dio Brando is an extremely evil villain, but there was a small period where he seemed to have changed his ways. After he had a fight with Jonathan Joestar, Dio hid his malice. He managed to get into the good books of Jonathan and his father.
For a long time, there was peace in the Joestar household. The two boys grew up to become splendid young men, but, Dio did show his real colors after some time and killed George Joestar. However, it is difficult to overlook his time as a good boy.

2Shoya (A Silent Voice)
A Silent Voiceis nothing short of a masterpiece. It is a stupendous movie that tackles bullying. It primarily focuses on Shoya Ishida and Shoko Nishimiya’s relationship. When the two of them were still kids, Shoya bullied Nishimiya a lot, which resulted in her changing schools. As he grew up though, he began to retrospect and regret his decision to bully Nishimiya.
This regret drove him to the edge, and he was ready to commit suicide, but thankfully he didn’t go through with it. Instead, Shoya decided that he would try to make up with Nishimiya. He put in a great deal of effort, which led to his improved relationship with Nishimiya, and, eventually, he really redeemed himself.

1Bakugo(My Hero Academia)
Bakugo is among the main characters ofMy Hero Academia.He used to be a bully, who always picked on Midoriya. He would call him names and bully Midoriya in any way possible. Midoriya did not react in a bad way to all the bullying, however. In fact, he still considered Bakugo his friend.
Even after the two joined U.A. High, Bakugo did not stop bullying Midoriya. This continued for a while, but, eventually, he realized his mistakes and began to treat Midoriya better and the bond between the two increased. Bakugo also started to develop better mannerisms, which made him a much more likable character.
